Red Ribbon Week (October 23 - 31) Activities
Our K-2 students enjoyed story time in their PJs, snuggled up with their favorite stuffed animals, while listening to fun fall stories read by some of our very own teachers! 📚🧸
🚒 Our kindergartners celebrated Fire Prevention Week at VRS. Students learned important lessons about fire safety and proudly created projects to display and share. A big thank you to our special guest for helping our youngest learners stay safe!

The Week of Respect kicked off with a visit from the ALJ Peer Leaders! High school and elementary students came together for a classroom lesson on respect, followed by fun inclusion activities during recess.
5th grade departmentalization in action! Students conducted hands-on science experiments to prove that air is matter.
